Registry mọi thiết bị hạ tầng KCN — cơ sở cho các module Warranty, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive.

Model: maintenance.equipment (Odoo standard) + Parkone extensions.

1. Bảo trì → Thiết bị → Mới

Equipment record tạo → có thể assign vào Lô đất / Kho / Warehouse tương ứng.

Site plan marker

Trong bản đồ KCN, equipment hiện dưới dạng marker (task #17):

1. Khu công nghiệp → chọn KCN → tab “Sơ đồ mặt bằng”
2. Click nút “⚙️ Place equipment”
3. Click trên bản đồ tại vị trí thiết bị
4. Chọn equipment từ dropdown → save
5. Marker xuất hiện trên map

Click marker → tooltip show info + link đến form equipment.

Warranty tracking

Field x_warranty_state compute theo warranty_end_date:

Value	Range
ok	> 90 days trước hết hạn
expiring	< 90 days (cảnh báo)
expired	Đã hết hạn

Cấu hình lead time trong Company settings — default 90 ngày. Xem Cấu hình → Warranty Alert.

Bulk import

50+ equipments — import qua Excel:

1. Bảo trì → Thiết bị → menu ⚙️ → Import
2. Download template Excel
3. Fill data:
   • name, category, serial_number, manufacturer, model, x_zone_project_id, installation_date, warranty_end_date, cost, …
4. Upload → preview → confirm import

Service history

Equipment form → tab Maintenance history:

• List maintenance.request linked
• Sort by date descending
• Filter: preventive / corrective / calibration

Time-to-failure metric: gap giữa các maintenance requests → indicator độ tin cậy.

Depreciation

Equipment có cost → có thể apply depreciation:

• Cấu hình → Kế toán → Asset Categories
• Tạo category “Máy móc thiết bị 5-10 năm”
• Depreciation method: Straight line 10 năm
• Assign vào equipment → tự sinh depreciation entries hàng năm

Batch equipment (bulk items)

Vd bình cứu hoả — 50 cái giống nhau:

• Option A: tạo 50 records (nếu cần track serial riêng)
• Option B: 1 record với quantity = 50 (batch, dùng cho consumables)

Batch không track serial → thiếu granular. Recommended: individual record.

FAQ

Equipment không thấy KCN linked

• Field x_zone_project_id chưa fill
• Verify group access Maintenance user + Parkone user

Muốn track sub-equipment (parent-child)

Vd: Trạm biến áp có 3 máy biến áp con.

• Field parent_id on maintenance.equipment
• Parent = Trạm, Children = 3 máy
• Hierarchical view: click parent → expand children

Delete equipment

• Chỉ delete được nếu không có maintenance history + not linked asset
• Recommended: Archive (set active = False) thay vì Delete
