Onboarding & Setup

Đăng ký tài khoản không nhận email

Xem Đăng ký → Troubleshooting.

Login được nhưng UI trắng / lỗi hiển thị

• Hard-refresh browser (Ctrl+Shift+R)
• Clear cache: DevTools → Application → Storage → Clear
• Test browser khác (Chrome khuyến nghị)

Thêm user mới không thấy menu Bán hàng / Kế toán

• Verify group access trong Cấu hình → Users → chọn user → tab Quyền truy cập
• Cần group tương ứng (Sales User, Billing, Accountant…)

Sales Flow

Wizard Sinh lịch HĐ báo lỗi

Xem Wizard troubleshoot.

Báo giá không convert được sang Đặt cọc

• Verify báo giá state = sent hoặc confirmed
• Verify user có quyền tạo Deposit
• Check console browser error

HĐ đã active không sửa được billing item

Đúng expected behavior. Dùng Phụ lục.

Cron sinh HĐ không chạy

KH thanh toán nhưng không auto-match invoice

Nhắc nợ cron gửi email sai KH

• Verify partner.email field không rỗng + đúng
• Check email template Jinja placeholder đúng
• Test send preview template

GPMB

Case status stuck ở “measuring”

• Verify diện tích đã đo (field plot_area != 0)
• Manual advance state qua menu Action

Compensation approve báo lỗi threshold

• Verify user có quyền Manager (nếu case > 500M cần Manager approve)
• Hoặc reduce compensation lines nhỏ hơn threshold

Bảo trì

Cron predictive không tạo request

• Verify meter status = critical
• Verify không có open request cho meter đó (anti-duplicate)
• Test cron manual: Cấu hình → Scheduled Actions → Predictive Cron → Run Manually

Warranty date không hiển thị

• Verify field warranty_end_date fill
• State compute cần refresh: click menu Action → Recompute Warranty States

Dashboard & Reports

Dashboard load chậm (5s+)

• Filter reduce time period
• Filter theo KCN specific
• Contact BSD to add database index

Report export Excel gõ tiếng Việt sai

• Odoo output UTF-8 with BOM
• Excel → Data → Import → UTF-8

Multi-tenant / Deployment

Signup KH mới báo lỗi provision

• Template DB stale (chưa upgrade module)
• odoo:19 image thiếu docxtpl

Container không boot lên

• docker logs <container> xem error
• Check PG password mismatch
• Check env var missing

Contact BSD support kèm log.

Security & Access

User bị lock account

• Admin unlock: Cấu hình → Users → chọn user → menu Action → Unlock
• Hoặc reset password → user re-login

Session expired giữa chừng

• Odoo default session 60 phút idle
• Extend: Cấu hình → Server Actions → session_timeout = 7200 (2h)

KH portal login bị lock

• Manual unlock từ Admin
• Or reset password qua “Forgot Password” flow

Data & Backup

Data bị mất / xoá nhầm

• Odoo giữ soft-delete (archive) 30 ngày
• Recover: filter active = False → un-archive
• Hard delete → cần restore from backup

Backup how often?

• Default: nightly full backup, 30-day retention
• Cấu hình: cron parkone-backup daily 02:00
• Backup location: /root/parkone/backups/

Restore backup

• Admin task, cần downtime
• Contact BSD support cho step-by-step

Performance

Odoo chậm khi có nhiều tenant / user

• Increase workers: docker-compose.yml → PARKONE_WORKERS=4
• Increase RAM: VPS scale up
• Add PostgreSQL indexes

Database size lớn

• Archive old data (Contract state = closed > 5 năm)
• Delete Chatter history > 2 năm (Admin task)
• Compress attachments

Legal & Compliance

Data KH có được share cross-tenant không?

KHÔNG. Mỗi tenant DB isolated. Không cross-access.

GDPR / data privacy compliance

• Data lưu trên VPS BSD tại Việt Nam
• Không transfer cross-border
• KH có quyền request delete data (contact BSD)

Audit trail

• Mọi action log trong Chatter + Odoo built-in log
• Retention: forever (không auto-delete)
• Export cho legal request nếu cần
