- Có option “By count” — count lot leased / total lot
- Diện tích accurate hơn (lot có size khác nhau)
Reserved (đặt cọc) tính là leased không?
Phần tiêu đề “Reserved (đặt cọc) tính là leased không?”- Default: Reserved KHÔNG tính vào leased
- Chỉ Signed contract → leased
- Option “Include reserved” trong filter
Cẩn thận: reserved có thể cancel → không đảm bảo lease.
GPMB đang xử lý → tính vào total industrial?
