Bảo trì — Predictive Maintenance

Ngược với Preventive (theo lịch cố định), Predictive dùng data thực để trigger maintenance khi cần.

Model: zone.equipment.meter (task #6 completed).

Concept

Equipment có meter track usage:
- Máy phát điện: giờ chạy
- Xe: số km
- Máy nén khí: cycle count
- HVAC: filter hours
Nhập meter reading định kỳ (weekly / monthly)
Set threshold: “Thay dầu khi giờ chạy > 250h since last change”
Cron auto tạo Maintenance Request khi hit threshold

Setup meter

1. Mở equipment → tab Meters → Add

Vd Máy phát điện 500 kVA:

Current reading	1250 (tổng giờ hiện tại)
Reading at last service	1000
Threshold interval	250 (thay dầu mỗi 250 giờ)
Next threshold	1250 (auto compute = 1000 + 250)
Status	`ok` / `warning` / `critical`

2. Save

Meter track ready.

Nhập reading

Weekly / monthly, kỹ thuật check meter thật của thiết bị + nhập vào Parkone:

Equipment → tab Meters → chọn meter
Click “Add Reading”
Điền:
- Date: today
- Value: 1180 (giờ chạy tổng)
- Notes: optional
Save

Meter update:

Current reading = 1180
Nếu 1180 ≥ next_threshold (1250)? Không → status ok
Nếu 1230 ≥ next_threshold - warning_buffer (vd 30)? Có → status warning
Nếu 1250+? → status critical → cron tạo Maintenance Request

Status thresholds

Cấu hình warning_buffer trong company settings (default 10% of interval).

Cron predictive

Cron daily 06:00:

Scan all meters
Meter critical không có open Maintenance Request → tạo mới
Priority = High
Type = Preventive (theo threshold interval)

After service — reset

Sau khi kỹ thuật service equipment:

Mark Maintenance Request done
Meter tự update:
- reading_at_last_service = current reading (vd 1260)
- next_threshold = 1260 + 250 = 1510
- Status reset về ok

Cycle continues.

Multi-meter equipment

Vd máy phát điện có 3 meters:

Giờ chạy → thay dầu / 250h
Số lít dầu tiêu thụ → cảnh báo nếu tiêu bất thường
Voltage output → cảnh báo nếu drop

Mỗi meter track independently, có thể trigger request khác nhau.

Reading input methods

Kỹ thuật đi check onsite → gõ vào Odoo.

Free, không cần thiết bị đặc biệt.

Reading history + trend

Equipment → tab Meters → click meter → xem chart lịch sử:

Bar chart readings theo tháng
Trend line — usage rate tăng/giảm
Predict next threshold hit date (extrapolation)

Nếu usage rate spike bất thường → equipment có vấn đề.

Dashboard predictive

Bảng điều khiển → Bảo trì → Predictive:

Critical meters: 3
Warning meters: 12
Overdue predictive maintenance: 1

Manager view daily.

FAQ

Nhập reading sai — sửa được không?

Meter history record có editable=True cho Admin
User thường không sửa được, chỉ add reading mới

Missed reading month — sao?

Không có reading mới → status không update
Meter show “last reading X days ago” — cảnh báo team

Meter không tồn tại cho equipment kiểu này

Meter là optional per equipment
Không có meter → chỉ có Preventive theo lịch
